I’ve kind of been away for a while. Not that I think anyone much noticed except for my 2 or 3 loyal readers. I think it’s 2 or 3…it’s so difficult to keep count.
I will try and be more diligent, but writing books and participating in other projects and things that help pay the bills can be a time drain. BUT….I will try. Promise. And I bet you can’t even tell how well I type with an arm behind my back and my fingers crossed. Heh-heh-heh……
Well…I really, really meant to get back to doing regular posts, but it didn’t quite work out. Let this be a lesson to you…never start a new commitment during holiday season. Wait to ignore it AFTER holiday season. Heh-heh-heh……
I’ll try & do better. After all, it’s award season and I have plenty available to comment on.
Thanks for being patient.
I’m back after a long absence. Miss me?
I’m planning on making some changes or rather additions to the blog including some shifts in tonality. But don’t worry…I’m still a wise guy to the end.
What doesn’t kill you makes you catch as catch can. Can you? Catch Can? Can is pretty quick and slippery. Can do, you say. Then Can is as good as caught. Coo-coo catch-ooh.
It appears that some posts got lost somewhere along the line due to web site failure so the following “What doesn’t kill you” gag is out of order.
What doesn’t kill you makes you take a walk on the wild side. These walks always precede the take a run on the get me outta here side.
“And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.”
-Linus Van Pelt (oh…and also from The Holy Bible)
Count your blessings and give thanks…EVERY day. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ONE AND ALL!
