What doesn’t kill you makes you search for answers.  Answers has always been very good at hiding.  Especially when you were a kid.  Answers could never be found.  As time went by, you’d get better at it and find answers from time to time, but never enough to feel satisfied or like you were winning.  The older you get, you seem to find answers all the time.  Old folks never have trouble finding answers.  The moral of the story, I guess, is when you’re looking for answers, check with your elders.

What doesn’t kill you makes you pay attention.  Better to pay attention rather than face it’s wrath.  Attention is a crazy bastard that even shakes down old widows & kids.  I once tried stiffing attention, but it left me dazed & confused.  Just pay it off and keep your health.

Luke 2:8

“And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night.  And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid.  And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.  For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord.  And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.  And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.”
